Service Description
- Brand New Large Indoor Arena - 60 x 24 metres - High Quality Wax Cushion Track Surface - Large Hardcore Car Park & Turning Circle - Dressage Markers - Toilet The arena is available for private hire on Weekdays, Evenings and Weekends. Each booking session lasts one hour, with up to 4 horses in the arena at one time. Hire is £20 per hour for one horse, with each subsequent horse just £5 additional charge. Extra facilities include a large hardstanding car park, a useful turning circle and a toilet. Currently we do not have a full set of Show Jumps available but occasionally courses will be available following clinics. Upcoming clinics can be found on our website. £1 online booking fee applied £5 surcharge added for arena flood lights (1 hour)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: We understand that cancellations can sometimes be inevitable - lame ponies, flat tyres and family dramas happen, so we are happy to be as considerate as possible where changes and cancellations are required. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance. 50% of the arena hire will be refunded if cancellation is made 12-24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, there will be no refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before your booking slot. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us via email and we will arrange a refund where required. If the amendment is for the upcoming 24 hours, please contact Clare on 07778 990277. Changes to your booking: The above 12 and 24 hour policy also applies if you wish to make a change to your booking. If you would like to change your booking to a further date, we are very happy to assist with this providing you let us know more than 24 hours in advance. If you would like to add an extra horse/bring a friend, this is also possible if done in advance. Please drop us an email with your name, booking date & time and contact number and we will make an amendment to your booking and arrange a separate payment. Individual arena hire is £20 per hour, plus £5 surcharge per horse (max. 4 horses). If you need to move the date or time of your booking, please contact us via email.
